The Fight Against Conformity

There's a war going on, a fight, a soul deformity

I will not join, I will stand alone

People walking past, you know they're all the same

But I will not conform, no, I will not conform

To society, society, the world's favorite priority

Fake laughter rings out as conformity strikes

And pretenders begin to pretend yet again

They all act like zombies, clones of one another

No one thinks for themselves

But when one doesn't agree, emotions run high

And they tear them with their words

And the gossip. Gossip, another conformity

And again, another deformity

This society will never be

Anything other than what it already is

And I will not agree

I tell you now, I will not be a victim

Of society's conformity...
